I booked in advanced for my bridal party of 8, yes 8 people for manis & pedis. When we arrived, they immediately sat us down and we all got pedicures together. Anvi put his BACK into the shaping 😛😛😛 arrived about an hour after open, I think I was the second client in there. Very pretty space, love the natural lighting. Smelled wonderful (not like a nail salon at ALL). Will be back. 💛

Best Salon in Chattanooga! After moving from Charlotte I was struggling to find a tech/salon that I loved and could do everything I’ve wanted to try with my nails. I came in wanting a classic French set, but Jay showed me his work and I had full faith he would kill this set and he did! He literally looked at the inspiration picture and exceeded my expectations! I believe Michael did my toes. They were both fast, efficient, and once again absolutely exceeded my expectations! I will be back!

First time visiting this salon and it is the most beautiful and quality salon I've ever been to. I got a builder gel fill in from Kathy and she did a fabulous job. I also got cateye polish and it looks beautiful. This is going to be my regular salon going forward.

So Cozy & Clean
We made a reservation for myself and my two daughters, and we had such a great experience! The pedicures were amazing, and the salon is absolutely adorable—so clean, cozy, and well-designed. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, and there were so many colors to choose from! It’s a small space, but they use it perfectly. We’ve been needing a great nail salon in this area, and I’m so glad we found this one. We’ll definitely be back!

The Perfect Spot
This place was the perfect spot. Everything I imagine a spa time to be and so much more. Beautiful quiet and peaceful located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. They offer refreshments and luxury at a price that is affordable. Ryan was my nail tech and it’s almost like he knew me and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I travel from Dalton ga this will be my new location because every where else just doesn’t compare. For zen I will travel for a quality experience. I pray they don’t go up on prices but other than that! Well done zen WELL DONE

Always Kills It!
I absolutely adore Suri and Zen Downtown! I have been going since August and now going for a fresh set is one of my favorite parts of every month!
I love colorful patterns and designs and Suri is so patient and talented - she always takes her time and ALWAYS kills it! Thanks to builder gel my natural nails have grown so long and they are so strong. My experience here is always wonderful and they have earned my loyalty forever!
