I’ve been going to Zen Nail Spa ever since they opened their first location at Hamilton place mall. So when word started going around that they were opening a location closer to me and my go-to tech, Mia, was also transferring over I was very ecstatic. There’s just something about zen that is unmatched. They have amazing employees and their salons are appealing in design, as well as relaxing.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Everyone was so friendly and managed my appointment with grace and ease. There was bo rush but the rush of keeping me comfortable. I was treated like royalty. It is clean, smells great and perfect. To darling Nikki, she is great at what she does and strikes up a conversation with so much delight. My nails are short but she nailed it😜. I wish there were 10 stars to give a rating. Thank you!

Jason does such a great job with my nails. This is my third visit. He is careful, detailed and friendly. I get the dip manicure and it takes a trained technician to get the technique done well to last more than three weeks. I can get at least five or six weeks out of his manicure when I need to. Highly recommend Jason. And the support staff at Zen in Ooltewah is so friendly as well.

Super friendly staff and the inside was really clean and fancy looking. I wanted a pretty complicated and unpopular design that wouldve costed me more than I had on me but they worked with me on the price and helped me find something as close to what I wanted but still in my price range. The nails themselves turned out amazing. They're really durable and so much better than the ones I've gotten from other salons in the area.
