I had the best experience! I had previously gone to the same place for the last 10 years then decided to make a switch. I quickly fell in love with Zen nails! They have made this process smooth and always kill me nails 💖

I went into Zen for a nail repair, I was totally amazed at the spa-like vibe and VIP service! You felt totally pampered. Gavin did a fantastic job on my nail and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I live in Europe, so I was only visiting. If I lived here, I would be a regular customer!

Zen Nail Spa never disappoints. Ryan is my go-to nail tech.. super precise, professional, and my nails come out clean every single time. The drink options are legit, and the bartender always has great energy. The whole place has a sleek, relaxed vibe that just feels good the moment you walk in.

Definitely one of my favorite spots to treat myself.

Lisa introduced me to cateye gel. She did a meticulous job on both my mani and pedi. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon while visiting Chattanooga. The atmosphere is pleasant, soothing, and professional. If my travels bring be back to Chattanooga, I will definitely return to Zen Nail Spa.

I’ve been living in Chattanooga for about four months now and had just about given up hope of finding a decent nail spa until today. I decided to walk into Zen Nail Spa without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seated.

Bin was my technician, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was meticulous, professional, and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails look amazing, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish.

Yesterday I went to Zen Nail Spa for the first time. I was looking for a nail shop in Chattanooga because I recently moved here. Let me just say, they exceeded my expectations. It’s a beautiful spa, EXCELLENT customer service, and great nail techs. When I walked in, both receptionists were very friendly and helpful... You can tell all the techs work well as a team environment and enjoy helping one another. My nail tech was Peter and he was GREAT. He really cares about his work, and checked with me numerous times to make sure I was happy throughout the process and asked for my opinion/feedback. Would recommend Zen Nail Spa!!!❤️

Huge, clean, luxurious salon. Had the vibe of a medical spa, tbh. Staff were all very friendly and the service (gel pedi) was very nice. Nice relaxing massage chairs, as well. BONUS: there's a bar/bartender, too - and their drink menu is quite nice. I had a lemondrop. Do yourself a favor and check out this salon if you haven't already!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I do not get my nails done very much so I was a little anxious. I was easily able to relax because of the atmosphere and everyone’s kindness.

When I first walked in I could tell just how clean it was. Nothing was dirty or messy and everything had a place. Everything to the front desk, the hand washing stations, and to the mail stations were clean. You could tell they fixed everything after they were done with customers. I also loved the atmosphere it was very lively and felt like everyone that got their nails done mattered.

Would give 10 stars if I could! Nina did a fantastic job on my gel-x nails. Prices were super reasonable & the atmosphere was so relaxing and enjoyable. Service was 10/10! Can’t recommend enough, especially Nina as she kept checking in to make sure I totally loved my nails :)
