Zen Nail Spa is a locally owned family of luxury nail salons known for skilled technicians, meticulous service, and a modern approach to nail care. Since opening our original Hamilton Place salon in 2018, our family has grown to include Zen Nail Spa at Cambridge Square in Ooltewah, Zen Nail Spa in Downtown Chattanooga, and our sister salon, The Seven Nail Spa in Hixson.

I absolutely adore Suri and Zen Downtown! I have been going since August and now going for a fresh set is one of my favorite parts of every month! I love colorful patterns and designs and Suri is so patient and talented - she always takes her time and ALWAYS kills it! Thanks to builder gel my natural nails have grown so long and they are so strong. My experience here is always wonderful and they have earned my loyalty forever!

This place was the perfect spot. Everything I imagine a spa time to be and so much more. Beautiful quiet and peaceful located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. They offer refreshments and luxury at a price that is affordable. Ryan was my nail tech and it’s almost like he knew me and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I travel from Dalton, GA this will be my new location because every where else just doesn’t compare. For Zen, I will travel for a quality experience.

I took my granddaughter (6) here first for a walk in appointment (I was currently going to a different salon). After I saw the way the staff treated her and the other clients I thought the next time I needed a mani/pedi I would try this salon myself. I went online and did some research on the techs and saw that Ivy was highly recommended so I went with her. Boy am I glad that I did!! The whole process was amazing. The best pedicure I've ever received. Ivy was so nice and professional. I believe I have found my new salon.

They make your appointment so relaxing with a drink of your choice! How nice is that! You definitely don't get that treatment at any nail spa I know of in Chattanooga!
