Meet Tracy Phan, Founder of Zen Nail Spa
Zen Nail Spa was founded by Tracy Phan, whose personal journey shaped the values behind the brand.
After immigrating from Vietnam to the United States as a young girl, Tracy entered the nail industry while still in school. Over time, she earned multiple professional licenses and gained hands-on experience in every aspect of nail care. Through years of working directly with clients, Tracy saw firsthand the gaps in the industry — inconsistent quality, lack of care, and environments that added stress instead of relieving it.
Zen Nail Spa at Hamilton Place became the location where Tracy decided to change that.
