Zen Nail Spa was founded by Tracy Phan, whose personal journey and years of hands on experience shaped the values behind every location, including Cambridge Square.
After immigrating from Vietnam to the United States as a young girl, Tracy entered the nail industry while still in school. Over time, she earned multiple professional licenses and worked directly with clients across every aspect of nail care.
Through years of firsthand experience, Tracy saw common gaps in the industry. Inconsistent quality, rushed appointments, and environments that added stress instead of relieving it. Zen Nail Spa was created to change that experience.
Our Cambridge Square location reflects that same philosophy: A nail spa where professionalism, care, and consistency are not extras but expectations.
